Welcome to the Warm Springs ID Portal — the secure account and identity gateway for doing business with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs online.

A Warm Springs ID (WSID) is issued to anyone who uses Tribal services. Members of the public can create a WSID to purchase permits and pay for access, while Tribal Members use the same account to additionally verify their enrollment and reach member-only services. The platform was built to do this safely and conveniently while preserving the integrity of Tribal records and respecting sovereignty.

At the core of the Warm Springs ID Portal is a robust security framework. We employ industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and secure token-based authentication methods to ensure that no sensitive tribal data is ever exposed online. Personal information from the Tribal Vital Statistics Office is never stored in a readable format or shared. Instead, we use one-way encrypted tokens that can verify identity without compromising privacy.

Creating a WSID takes only a phone number or verified email address. Your account is then secured using a passwordless system based on one-time passcodes (OTP), allowing you to access Tribal services such as hunting permits, land access requests, or resource reservations — without needing to re-verify each time.

Tribal Members can take one additional step to confirm enrollment: a one-time match against official Tribal records unlocks member-only services and pricing. That verification respects sovereignty and privacy, and is never required simply to buy a permit or pay for public access.
